watching my mouth

I’ve been a bit relaxed this weekend after my final weigh in for my challenge. But if I want to continue this life style I’ll have to be diligent and keep up with my weight loss and getting fit efforts. So I’m going to use this blog to document, feelings, work outs, food eaten and other things that help or sabotage my journey to my ultimate goal.

Work-out = 30 minutes, interval hills, elipical

Breakfast=

Yogurt, blueberries, walnuts

scramble eggs and a bit of hash

Lunch=

left over scallops with brocoli and carrots. Left-overs, Lots of butter I imagine.

They are gone now, so I’m in the clear.
I think it’s soup and veggies for dinner! I need to work off this weekend. and not screw up my first goal reached.
