I’ve been a bit relaxed this weekend after my final weigh in for my challenge. But if I want to continue this life style I’ll have to be diligent and keep up with my weight loss and getting fit efforts. I notoriusly keep food in the fridge past it’s prime. And when in doubt I call Mom.
